Destiny Help Desk
Destiny Help Desk is a subscription service integrated with Destiny Resource Manager to track service requests. Districts using Resource Manager version 22.5 with enabled can track IT service requests from the time they are submitted until they are closed.
Before using DestinyHelp Desk with Resource Manager, you need to do the following:
- Purchase a Help Desk subscription.
- Upgrade to Destiny version 22.5.
- Enable in Destiny Back Office.
- Set up Destiny SSO groups in Help Desk to give users access to it.
- Ensure the Destiny Administrator enables Help Desk on the Update District Sites page in Destiny Back Office.
- Set up Resource Type Categories for each template to reflect either IT/Technology or Other in Resource Manager so Help Desk knows which resource types to include and exclude.
